Lina Life Insurance made an official announcement regarding its plans to initiate the recruitment of new regular employees for 2025. The company is actively seeking talented individuals across a diverse range of fields, including product development, accounting, management support, and IT.
In total, Lina Life Insurance aims to hire 40 candidates. The recruitment is specifically targeted at graduates or those who are expected to graduate from four – year universities by February of next year.
The application process will be conducted via the Lina Life recruitment website. Applications will be accepted from September 1 to 19. The comprehensive selection process will involve multiple stages, starting with document screening, followed by personality and aptitude tests, first interviews, and culminating in final interviews. Successful candidates are set to join the company in February 2025.
During the recruitment period, Lina Life has organized several events to attract potential candidates. The company will be hosting job fairs at major universities in Seoul. Additionally, a headquarters briefing session is scheduled for September 12 in Gwanghwamun. Reservations for the briefing session will be available on a first – come, first – served basis, starting from September 1.
