The company has pledged to use only genuine parts in all repair work for individual comprehensive car insurance policyholders. In situations where claims are already being processed and supply issues arise during the transition, the company assures that necessary actions will be taken based on received reports.
To further improve customer experience, Türkiye Sigorta has updated its claims portal by integrating all suppliers and partners into a single platform. The mobile application has also been enhanced, offering customers greater transparency and convenience in managing their claims. These upgrades are part of the company’s broader objective to provide complete reassurance to clients in every aspect of their insurance journey.
