Ooredoo Maldives has partnered with Fathuruverin Travels to offer a seamless digital travel insurance solution for customers. Powered by Amana Takaful, the new service allows travelers to secure comprehensive insurance coverage directly through the Ooredoo SuperApp, making it easier to protect themselves while booking curated trips with the agency.
Fathuruverin Travels, renowned for creating unique and immersive travel experiences, sees this partnership as part of its mission to ensure that their customers’ adventures are not only inspiring but worry-free.
With the integration of m-Faisaa Travel Insurance, customers can purchase coverage quickly via their digital wallet, adding an extra layer of convenience to the booking process.
Comprehensive Coverage for Peace of Mind
The m-Faisaa Travel Insurance package offers a range of protections for overseas travelers, including:
Coverage up to MVR 771,000 for disability or death due to accidents during the insured period.
Coverage up to MVR 1,542,000 for emergency medical expenses.
Protection against trip cancellations, curtailment, loss of passport, and loss of checked-in baggage.
Compensation for missed departures, missed connecting flights, and travel delays exceeding 12 hours.
This collaboration is designed to address common travel risks and keep the insurance process simple and accessible for today’s tech-savvy travelers. Fathuruverin Travels stated that the aim is to allow customers to enjoy their trips with the peace of mind that they are financially protected.
Expanding Digital Services in Maldives
Ooredoo Maldives introduced the m-Faisaa Travel Insurance earlier this year as part of its strategy to expand digital services throughout the country. With this new partnership, Fathuruverin customers can now enjoy tailor-made travel experiences combined with a reliable, easy-to-access insurance solution.
