PhonePe, the fintech company, announced the launch of its new home insurance product on Monday, offering coverage for over 20 risks, including fire, floods, earthquakes, riots, and theft.
Designed to provide an affordable and accessible solution for homeowners, the new insurance plans start at just Rs 181 annually (including GST).
The coverage options are flexible, ranging from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 12.5 crore, and are available to all homeowners, regardless of whether they have an existing home loan.
The policy is also recognized by all banks and lending institutions for home loan requirements, making it convenient for borrowers to use the insurance as part of their loan process.
Homeowners can easily access and manage their policies through the PhonePe app.
