The Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA) has recently entered into a group life and health insurance agreement with Pragati Life Insurance PLC.
The agreement was signed by Dr. M Aslam Alam, Chairman of IDRA, and Md. Jalalul Azim, Managing Director & CEO of Pragati Life, marking a significant step towards improving employee benefits within the regulatory body.
Under the terms of the agreement, Pragati Life will provide Group Life and Health Insurance coverage to IDRA employees.
The signing ceremony was attended by several key figures from both organizations, including Md. Fazlul Haque, Member (Administration) of IDRA; Tanzina Ismail, Member (Law); Mohammad Abu Bakar Siddique, Member (Non-Life); Md. Apel Mahmud, ACII (UK), Member (Life) of IDRA; and Md. Rafiqual Alam Bhuiyan, Addl. Managing Director of Pragati Life.
This partnership aims to enhance the health and life insurance benefits for IDRA employees, reflecting a commitment to the well-being of the workforce within the insurance regulatory sector.
